• Certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to meet safety and code standards.
• Follows make-ready processes to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Manages materials, inventories, and orders to support maintenance operations.
• Documents work performed for accurate tracking.
• Maintains grounds and amenities and assists with repairs as needed.
• Supports cost-saving practices by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
