Job summary

Asset Living in Summit East Nashville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. You will support make-ready activities and maintain the property’s safety and appearance.

The role requires on-site attendance, strong customer service, and adherence to OSHA and Fair Housing standards. You'll manage inventory, operate tools, and participate in on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community areas and units; respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Assist with scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure safety standards on site.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and respond to incidents as needed.
