Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance activities on-site at Santaquin, UT. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision to meet property objectives.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, assisting with make-ready tasks, and maintaining records. Applicants should have a high school diploma and basic computer skills, with OSHA and Fair Housing knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of on-site software functions and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform and assist with maintenance, repairs, make-ready tasks, and safety checks as directed.
• Maintain preventative maintenance records and assist with inventory and OSHA-related documentation.
• Assist with pool maintenance and chemical logs; ensure safe, clean common areas and exterior grounds.
