Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for Promenade Place in Greenwood Village, CO. The role focuses on technical and mechanical work to maintain building systems, grounds, and common areas in alignment with Greystar standards for safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, performing preventative maintenance, completing make-ready tasks, and documenting activities. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required; some travel may be

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including pre-move-out inspection and punch list creation.
• Accesses and tracks materials from the property’s maintenance department, notifies re-orders as needed.
• Maintains documentation for service requests to ensure proper recording and tracking.
• Assists in grounds and common area upkeep, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
