Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the physical aspects of our Texas properties meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

You will handle assigned work orders, complete make-ready tasks for vacant homes, manage inventory and documentation, maintain grounds and amenities, and support safety and cost-control initiatives across the property.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and repair work to keep buildings safe and functional.
• Experience with diagnosing and fixing building systems.
• Commitment to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Performs the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor of re-order needs.
