Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial and operational oversight of an apartment community in Tigard, Oregon. You will handle accounting tasks, invoicing, rent collection, deposits, and reporting using Yardi/OneSite.

You will also participate in vendor coordination, delinquency management, lease enforcement, and resident services to maximize revenue and resident satisfaction while supporting on-site operations and owner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in residence life or property management or related experience preferred.
