Job summary

Greystar is seeking a financially driven Assistant Community Manager to support accounting and bookkeeping at a midrise community. You will collect rent, process deposits, and prepare reports while using Yardi/OneSite to ensure data integrity and timely closes.

You will review resident accounts, coordinate with vendors, and assist with lease enforcement and move-out processes, contributing to resident satisfaction and revenue optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in residence life or property management with revenue focus and customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail orientation, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and payments and posts to accounts daily.
• Generates financial reports and reconciles bank statements.
• Operates property mgmt software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) accurately.
• Enforces lease terms, handles delinquencies, and coordinates with residents.
• Supervises on-site operations in the community and supports leasing efforts.
