Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager for Vintage At Lakewood Seniors in Lakewood, WA. You will oversee all operations of the housing community under the Regional Manager, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances and risk management, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

On-site leader, you will supervise staff, develop budgets, marketing plans, screen and hire, monitor vendor invoices, and ensure resident satisfaction and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to use on-site property management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff and supervise operations to align with Asset Living policies.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, and financial operations for the community.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasting.
• Create and execute yearly marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Monitor vendor invoices and ensure timely payments and reporting.
• Address resident concerns and maintain high levels of customer service.
