Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines on-site.

You will also manage budgets, rent collections, vendor invoices, and reporting, while leading on-site personnel, resident retention initiatives, and ensuring timely,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and budgeting.
• Monitor rent collections, vendor invoices, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and on-site staff development.
