Job summary

Colliers International in Anchorage, AK seeks a Property Assistant to support the commercial property team. You will respond to tenant inquiries, nurture relationships with owners, tenants, vendors and contractors, and bring strong communication and organizational skills to the role.

In this position you will assist the property manager by preparing ownership reports, handling work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, and ensuring lease obligations are met with accuracy and on

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar commercial real estate role.
Strong client relationships are important to you.
Excellent customer service, proactive and results oriented.
Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.
Respond in a timely manner to tenants' needs to meet lease obligations.
Support the property manager by preparing regular ownership reports with accuracy and on-time.
Manage all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.
