Colliers in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Property Assistant for a Limited Term Employee role onsite. You will support the team with commercial property management tasks and outstanding customer service.
You will respond to tenants, coordinate work orders, prepare regular ownership reports with accuracy and on time, and manage all admin tasks, leases and vendor compliance. Familiarity with Yardi or MRI is preferred; 1 year CRE experience helps.

As Property Assistant, you will be involved in all aspects of assisting the team with a commercial property. Your superior communication and organizational skills mean that you are able to respond to tenant inquiries, you exude professionalism, and your customer service skills are second to none. Strong client relationships are important to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to everything you do.
This role is classified as a “Limited Term Employee” (LTE).
