Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.
• Dispatch work order calls, set up vendors and service agreements.
• Respond promptly to tenants' needs to meet lease obligations.
• Support senior management by preparing ownership reports, budgets and other reports.
• Manage all administrative tasks including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments.
