Ad-West On-Site Payroll, LLC is seeking a Property Manager Assistant to support operations at two Snohomish County residential properties. This full-time, in-office role involves tenant relations, administrative tasks, unit cleaning, inspections, and coordination with maintenance and vendors.

You will work closely with the Property Manager and Regional Property Manager, perform move-in/move-out tasks, assist with reports and purchasing, and help maintain property grounds and common areas.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant experience preferred.
• Strong computer aptitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service experience.
• Prior Property Management experience is preferred.
• Dependability & Adaptability.
• Leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Support Property Manager in daily responsibilities of two apartment complexes.
• Provide administrative support and handle rent collection and office communications.
• Assist with tenant certifications and move-in/move-out paperwork.
• Conduct unit cleaning for move-ins/move-outs and assist with inspections.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors and assist with reporting and purchases.
