Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in commercial or residential property administration.
• Excellent customer service skills and proactive attitude.
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and high quality.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.
• Respond promptly to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations and service standards.
• Support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports.
• Handle administrative tasks including work orders, invoice coding, service requests and rent/expense payments.
