Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Manager - Energy to support project teams in cultivating an Incident and Injury Free Culture on site.

You will develop a Project Safety Roadmap, oversee Site Safety Plans, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations while producing weekly safety reports for leadership. The role emphasizes leading investigations, engaging in toolbox talks, and auditing safety practices across CEI and subcontractors to uphold a robust

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-certified safety professional with extensive construction safety experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence behaviors.
• On-site work readiness and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain an Incident and Injury Free Culture (IIFC) by creating and maintaining a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations; generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with support from Production leadership; assist in weekly toolbox safety meetings.
• Monitor and audit Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) and subcontractor compliance with applicable standards and project safety requirements.
