Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Manager - Energy to support project teams and ensure an Incident and Injury Free Culture. The role focuses on safety program development, regulatory compliance, and incident investigations across site and office settings.

The ideal candidate has OSHA 30, safety experience in construction (electrical safety preferred), and strong communication skills to influence safe behaviors on diverse teams. Travel will vary with project needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification required.
• CPR/FA certification required; CHST certification within 12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and present to project leadership.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with Production support.
• Monitor compliance of CEI/Subcontractors with applicable standards and project safety requirements.
