HDR is seeking a Resident Project Representative in Indiana to manage field activities, ensure contract compliance, and support project delivery from site. You will read and interpret drawings, track progress, and coordinate with contractors and clients to maintain quality and safety.

A structural engineering mindset and strong communication are essential. Responsibilities include observing installations, maintaining records, and supporting audits while collaborating with senior staff.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated construction experience on multidisciplinary projects.
• Must possess the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications and identify discrepancies or conflicts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Primavera or related construction software.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite at client locations as required.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies or conflicts.
• Maintain accurate daily records of contractor activities, labor, equipment, and materials.
• Review construction materials for contract compliance.
• Track quantities and develop pay estimates for acceptance.
• Attend and chair construction progress meetings.
• Observe installation and acceptance testing of equipment and systems.
• Develop record documentation for engineer review and acceptance.
• Assist with project audit/closeout.
• Supervise junior team members and subconsultants.
