Job summary

ATI Specialty Alloys & Components is seeking a Project Manager II for our Millersburg, OR facility. This onsite role oversees planning, execution, and close-out of medium to large projects across disciplines, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk targets are met.

Responsibilities include contract management, vendor liaison, CAPEX oversight, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communications, with a focus on safety and documented lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in technical/industrial environments.
• PMP or other project management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of project plans for medium to large projects.
• Draft closeout reports, conduct lessons learned, archive documents.
• Develop and manage project contracts; implement approved changes.
• Create RFPs/RFIs and manage vendor interfaces to meet scope.
• Lead CAPEX estimates and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Develop schedules, allocate resources, monitor durations.
• Implement quality plans; manage risks with mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status with stakeholders and run project meetings.
• Ensure safety standards and perform job hazard analyses as needed.
