Job summary

ATI Specialty Alloys & Components is hiring a Performance Engineer for our Millersburg, OR facility in the Fabrication Department. This onsite role focuses on analyzing overall equipment effectiveness and driving issues to resolution, collaborating across functions to implement improvements.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 1 year in a production or operations environment with a focus on performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Process, Manufacturing, Industrial) or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operational environment, with a focus on performance improvement, continuous improvement, project management, or reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own and eliminate production losses to improve uptime and yield.
• Record, analyze production deviation data to identify trends.
• Prioritize corrective actions to close performance gaps.
• Review operating logs to address equipment reliability issues.
• Lead RCA investigations with appropriate scope.
• Support reliability program and equipment availability improvements.
• Evaluate improvement proposals for value and alignment with business goals.
