Job summary

ATI Specialty Alloys & Components seeks a Project Manager II for our Millersburg, OR facility. This onsite role leads medium to large projects across disciplines, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk controls are met.

You will drive plans, budgets, and vendor interfaces, while coordinating with stakeholders and delivering regular status reports. A PM background with engineering education, PMP preferred, is expected for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of project management experience across disciplines.
• PMP or PM certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of project execution plans for medium to large projects.
• Plan and document project closure, including closeout reports and lessons learned.
• Develop and manage contracts; lead scope changes and change requests.
• Create RFPs/RFIs and SOWs for medium to large procurements.
• Oversee CAPEX estimates and manage project budget and cost forecasts.
• Develop schedules, allocate resources, and track durations.
• Lead risk reviews, identify risks, and monitor mitigations.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and organize project meetings.
• Ensure safety standards and perform job hazard analyses as needed.
