Job summary

ATI, based in Cudahy, Wisconsin, seeks a Project Manager, Maintenance & Facilities to lead capital and maintenance projects at the site. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Safety and Supply Chain to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing/industrial PM, a relevant degree, and hands-on experience with CMMS, MS Office, and scheduling tools. Onsite work and strong safety leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience managing capital and maintenance projects and facility infrastructure improvements.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project scheduling software; CMMS and OSHA familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and expense projects from concept through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, bid packages, and contractor work scopes.
• Coordinate facility improvement projects involving HVAC, utilities, electrical distribution, and grounds.
• Partner with Maintenance to prioritize equipment installations, relocations, upgrades, and outages.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely updates.
