Job summary

JLL in Mobile, AL seeks an experienced Technical Project Management Administrative Support professional to assist Facility and Project Managers across the NA portfolio. You will drive end-to-end facility management projects, organize docs, prepare reports, and help build standard PM procedures.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and Google/Microsoft project skills, with a focus on cost control, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration on site at Mobile, AL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or 5+ years of Facilities or Construction Experience.
• 5+ years practical experience in Facilities, Real estate support or project management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project management reports and meeting minutes.
• Organize project documentation including SOWs, quotes, POs, contracts, budgets and schedules.
• Support Facility Project Manager in developing standard PM procedures.
• Provide administrative and record-keeping support for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with Facility Project Managers to align schedules portfolio-wide.
• Monitor project spend and use KPI to measure vendor performance.
• Assist in drafting RFPs and updating schedules and budgets.
• Transcribe meeting minutes and support project communications.
