Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from inception through completion in Huntsville, AL. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution of electrical systems, while leading engineers, technicians and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes strong estimating, budgeting, and communication skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test, Background screen and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and coordination from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimation, and financial performance.
• Create and maintain project schedules with milestones, critical paths and dependencies.
• Allocate resources (labor, equipment, materials) and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and specifications through QA/QC measures.
• Lead project teams, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies.
• Manage client relationships, provide regular updates, and handle change requests and closeout activities.
• Promote health and safety practices and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting to stakeholders.
