Job summary

CDP Huntsville is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction and development efforts for commercial properties in Alabama. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and a minimum of five years in project management, with PMP or LEED credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Certification preferred; LEED Accreditation preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in project management or construction management for commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of assigned projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to manage scope, design changes and criteria.
• Direct contractors, architects, engineers, tenants during construction and ensure safety, schedule and budget compliance.
