Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restoration/construction industry
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
• Valid drivers license required
• Experience with scopes of work, change orders, and billing

Responsibilities

• Understand, evaluate, develop, and execute scopes of work with leadership
• Solicit, receive, and approve subcontractor proposals within budget
• Prepare project schedules including crew and subcontractor timelines
• Support and manage job crews
• Fill in for additional responsibilities, including physical labor
• Create and maintain job paperwork and inventories
• Maintain daily log of conditions, activities, and events
• Prepare reports and other project documentation
• Monitor budget, gross profit margin, and schedule in real-time
• Manage change orders and safety meetings
• Arrange permits when needed
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, material sheets
• Review opportunities for change orders
• Assist in creating a project schedule
• Issue work orders to subcontractors and manage their scope
• Perform billing reviews for data accuracy
