Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking an Assistant Project Manager who turns plans into action on fast-paced restoration projects. You will collaborate with leadership to evaluate scopes of work, develop schedules, review subcontractors, and monitor budgets to keep projects on track.

You’ll maintain thorough documentation, manage change orders and billing, ensure safety and quality, and act as a bridge among clients, crews, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restoration/construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience reviewing subcontractor proposals and preparing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management including scope, scheduling, budgeting and quality control.
• Coordinate with leadership, crews and subcontractors to execute work and manage change orders.
• Maintain jobsite documentation, logs, reports and material records.
• Ensure safety and compliance through daily meetings and site checks.
• Support billing reviews and 24/7 operational needs.
• Provide updates on progress, budget and schedule risks.
