First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to be at the heart of every project, turning plans into action and coordinating with leadership to evaluate, develop, and execute scopes of work. You will review subcontractor proposals and prepare schedules, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

You’ll monitor budgets, gross profit margins, and project timelines, acting as a bridge between leadership, clients, subcontractors, and in-house teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience on restoration/construction projects.
• 2+ years in restoration/construction industry.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Understand, evaluate, develop, and execute the scope of work with leadership.
• Solicit, receive, and approve subcontractor proposals within budget.
• Prepare project schedules and manage crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, profit margins, and schedules; report risks.
• Maintain daily project records, change orders, and billing reviews.
• Provide 24/7 availability for project support.
