Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Manufacturing Engineering team in Pueblo, CO. You will translate complex project requirements into SOWs, build plans, and drive execution from conception through completion.

As part of our infrastructure initiatives, you will manage schedules, coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and safety stakeholders, and help shape facility investments with project controls expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; 3 years of construction project engineering experience or 7 years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience translating technical requirements into SOWs, scopes of work, or building plans.
• Ability to build and manage schedules, track deliverables, and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Experience tracking equipment procurement, delivery, and installation within project controls context.

Responsibilities

• Translate program and project requirements into clearly scoped Statements of Work (SOWs) and building plans.
• Develop program-specific building plans aligning facility infrastructure with operations.
• Build, maintain, and drive project schedules with critical path activities and milestones.
• Track equipment procurement, delivery, installation, and maintain logs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to meet scope, schedule, and quality.
• Maintain project documentation: submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, change orders, progress reports.
