Responsibilities

  • Translate manufacturing and program requirements into clearly scoped Statements of Work (SOWs), defining deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and acceptance criteria for capital, facility, and production line projects.
  • Build, maintain, and actively drive project schedules — identifying critical path activities, tracking milestones, flagging risks, and ensuring on-time delivery across concurrent manufacturing buildout projects including automated production lines, test stands, energetic operations facility upgrades, and capability expansion efforts.
  • Coordinate and oversee the installation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment, automation systems, robotic work cells, and controls infrastructure — serving as the on-site technical point of contact during construction and equipment installation phases.
  • Track and manage equipment procurement, delivery, and installation status, maintaining accurate logs and communicating proactively with project teams, engineering stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, field crews, and internal engineering teams to ensure scope, schedule, and quality requirements are understood and met; attend site walks, owner meetings, and coordination calls as the reliable point of contact for project status and technical clarifications.
  • Maintain complete project documentation including SOWs, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, change orders, progress reports, and equipment commissioning records.
