  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical requirements clearly to contractors, engineers, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

  • Develop program-specific building plans that align facility infrastructure with operational and manufacturing requirements, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Safety stakeholders.
  • Build, maintain, and actively drive project schedules — identifying critical path activities, tracking milestones, flagging risks, and ensuring on-time delivery across concurrent projects.
  • Track and manage equipment procurement, delivery, and installation status, maintaining accurate logs and communicating proactively with project teams and leadership.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure scope, schedule, and quality requirements are understood and met.
  • Maintain complete project documentation including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, change orders, and progress reports.
