Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. in Pueblo, CO seeks a Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to lead the Mission Infrastructure Engineering team of 5–8 engineers, directing capital projects from design through commissioning.

The role requires hands-on leadership, developing processes, standards, and a high‑performing team while delivering on schedule, budget, and safety requirements in a defense/manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline with 7 years of facilities engineering experience, or 15 years of hands-on experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading end-to-end capital projects in industrial/defense/manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of 5–8 engineers across facility design, construction, commissioning, and industrial engineering.
• Act as technical anchor for MIE with hands-on project involvement and guidance across lifecycle.
• Own the MIE project portfolio, delivering capital projects on schedule, budget, and scope.
• Translate DoD requirements into facility infrastructure strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Define processes, standards, and tools for repeatable infrastructure delivery.
