Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Lead Communications Technician or similar position.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and manage project staff per policies.
• Serve as on-site liaison with customer representatives.
• Plan, monitor, and maintain project profitability and budgets.
• Ensure deadlines, staffing levels, and on-time progress.
• Review job costs, invoicing, and financial reporting.
