Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Experience as Lead Communications Technician or similar role.
• Five years in telecommunications or related construction field.
• Proficiency with computer tools including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise project staff per company policies.
• Act as senior liaison with customer representatives on site.
• Plan and monitor project profitability and scheduling to meet goals.
• Review job costs, prepare invoices, and manage financial reporting.
