KOMAN Advantage LLC is hiring an On Site Project Data Analyst to manage contracts changes, track billings, and maintain project documentation on site. The role involves coordinating with Project Managers and ensuring compliance across government systems. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access skills are essential, with experience in Maximo or ILSS a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a similar role as Project Analyst is a must or equivalent experience.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Word
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong computer skills including scheduling software and Microsoft Office products
• Microsoft Access experience is a plus
• Maximo or ILSS experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Track customer contracts and any change orders
• Track subcontracts and any related change orders ensuring alignment with the project
• Ensure all contracts and change orders have been executed by the Project Manager or General Manager
• Review billings for accuracy and ensure all signatures are present
• Submit billing to customer
• Log billings in log to track outstanding invoices
• Collect all vendor invoices from Project Managers weekly
• Ensure all vendors invoices are received at project site and home office
• Upload invoices on Egnyte and enter invoice log
• Identify invoices overdue
• Enter invoices for payment
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Gather and enter weekly timesheets into Jamis
• Maintain files with all project documentation
• Upon project completion archive all project documentation
• Assist PM with quarter work orders
• Enter work orders in GOVT system
• Provide contract mandatory reports to client as required
• Prepare Daily ReportEnter all the information for each work plan in the database Microsoft Access to generate the daily report Gathersubmit required information for new hires
• Prepare NDA forms for new hires and submit for signature
• Request and prepare badges for new employees
• Prepare task order with information & photos after each task is complete and send them to client for signature
• Prepare folders for estimates and photos for each work plan in Egnyte Trackupdate employee roster
• Track and keep a list of fence breaches
• Track work orders uploads photos invoices task receipts daily reports Govt inspection reports and signed WARs in ILSS
• Tracksubmit billing each month and QC with PM before submitting for COR approval
• Prepare list of tasks and send to CBP Exec Asst to obtain environmentalreal estate clearance
• Enter all information on approved task orders in ILSS to create work plans
• Review Tracker & Schedule to check numbers are correct and match with ILSS
