Job summary

KOMAN Construction is seeking a Project Data Analyst to track contracts, change orders, and project finances, ensuring accuracy in government software and timely reporting.

The role requires 5 years of project-analyst experience and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. You will manage billing, invoice processing, and weekly data entry across multiple systems in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related business field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5 years experience in a similar role as Project Analyst is a must or equivalent experience
• Advanced PowerPoint and Word
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including scheduling software and Microsoft Office products.
• Microsoft Access experience is a plus
• Maximo or ILSS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track customer contracts and change orders.
• Track subcontracts and related change orders to align with the project.
• Ensure contracts and change orders are executed by PM or GM.
• Review billings for accuracy and ensure signatures.
• Submit billing to customer and log billings.
• Collect vendor invoices weekly and reconcile statements.
• Upload invoices to Egnyte and maintain the log.
• Enter work orders and task information in GOVT systems.
• Prepare daily reports and data for client review.
• Assist with new hires paperwork and onboarding tasks.
