Job summary

KOMAN Family of Companies is seeking a Project Controls Analyst II to support government awards and subcontractor deliverables. You will monitor contract values, track progress, and analyze costs in JAMIS ERP to ensure project success.

The role requires experience with billing, compliance, and reporting under FAR/DFARs, plus proficiency in MS Office. You will collaborate with project managers and general managers to maintain schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
  • Three to five years’ experience with billing and invoicing.
  • Two to three years’ experience with contract administration within construction.
  • Government contracts, payment systems and certified payroll experience required.
  • Understanding FARs, DFARs, and SAM.gov regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Keep accurate records of expenditures and timelines, monitor compliance and market changes.
  • Assist leadership with creating AOPs and tracking budgets for the year.
  • Track subcontractor contracts and change orders; ensure changes are in JAMIS ERP.
  • Process and code invoices; ensure approvals and signatures are present.
  • Enter and reconcile billings in JAMIS ERP and billing platform; track outstanding invoices.
  • Monitor WIP, margins, and LOS calculations; report variances to SBAs and PMs.
