Job summary

KOMAN Advantage, LLC is seeking an On-Site Project Data Analyst to track customer contracts, change orders, and finances, while analyzing project schedules, costs, and variances. The role supports PMs and ensures compliance with government systems and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities include invoicing, vendor invoice reconciliation, timesheet entry, and maintenance of project documentation. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and 2 years of experience are required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a similar Project Analyst role
• Advanced PowerPoint and Word; Advanced Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and solid computer skills including scheduling software and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Track customer contracts and change orders.
• Track subcontracts and related change orders, ensuring alignment with the project.
• Ensure all contracts and change orders are executed by the Project Manager or General Manager.
• Review billings for accuracy and ensure signatures are present.
• Submit billing to customer and log billings in the system.
• Enter weekly timesheets into Jamis.
• Enter work orders in GOVT system.
• Provide contract mandatory reports to client as required.
• Prepare Daily Report and enter information for each work plan to generate the daily report.
• Maintain project documentation and archive upon completion.
• Assist PM with quarter work orders.
