The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–3 months of related experience, fluent English, basic math skills, and a valid driver license for travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training desired.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Moderate to high level of computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create documents and spreadsheets using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Distribute and receive bi-weekly packages from the regional office.
• Order safety and office supplies.
• Assist with new hire processing at the job site.
• Answer phones, route calls, and take messages.
• Enter production figures into the database.
• Maintain organized work areas and support multiple projects.
