Talentify is seeking a Project Assistant in Sweetwater, TX for a 12-month contract. Onsite position with pay rate $22.00–$27.00 per hour (USD). You will support the Project Manager and team with administrative project information and general project support.

Responsibilities include organizing files, data entry, monthly reports, calendar management, travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings and client communications. High school diploma required, office experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in office/clerical roles preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Organize and maintain project files and communications.
• Enter data for projects and track progress.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and manage project calendars.
• Assist with travel arrangements and meetings.
• Answer phones and handle routine correspondence.
