Job summary

The role focuses on developing and maintaining IMS, interfacing with Program Managers, and ensuring program milestones align with contractual needs. The candidate will work with Control Account Managers to decompose scope, analyze dependencies, and manage status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years related experience; or 6 years total with experience in lieu of degree.
• Planning/scheduling experience
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to travel domestically 10%
• US Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret level security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop program plans and schedules with Program Managers, Engineering, Operations and Business Management.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze a program IMS with milestones and contractual need dates.
• Decompose program scope into defined tasks and identify internal/external dependencies.
• Analyze forecast dates impacts and critical path implications.
• Support development of an estimate to complete and ensure EVMS compliance.
