Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst at Level 3 or 4 to join our team. The role involves detailed schedule, resource, and cost analysis across multiple programs and contracts, and coordinating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet objectives.

You will interface with functional and supplier teams, prepare status reports, and participate in IBR/JSR audits. A Top-Secret/SCI clearance is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with required years of experience (Level 3: 5+ years; Level 4: 8+ years) in program/project planning and scheduling.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance at time of application is required.
• Strong PC skills with MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.
• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives.
• Interface with multiple functional and supplier teams, and the Program/Project Manager.
• Provide weekly status and reporting; participate in IBR/JSR audits.
