Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Elkton, MD seeks a Principal Program Cost Scheduling Control Analyst to support strategic, space-related programs. You will work closely with program management, operations leaders, and customers to deliver integrated masters schedules and cost controls.

Responsibilities include building the IMP/IMS, integrating WBS/SOW, and providing EVMS-driven reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Requires 9+ years scheduling experience or 5 years with a related degree or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, spreadsheets and databases.
• Ability to work onsite in Elkton, MD and collaborate with program teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly integrated master plan and schedule (IMP/IMS) from inception to completion.
• Integrate WBS, SOW, Teams, Deliverables into the Master Schedule efficiently.
• Support EVMS requirements and provide monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis.
• Assist in planning and forecasting schedule and cost performance; prepare strategic plans.
