Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Level 2 or 3) based in Dulles, VA. The role requires Top Secret/SCI clearance and involves producing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for multiple programs, interfacing with cross-functional and supplier teams, and presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities include detailed schedule, resource, and cost analysis, Earned Value/EVMS, and Schedule Risk Analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in program/project planning and scheduling, or Master’s with 1+ year
• Level 3: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s with 3+ years
• Will consider extra 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Strong PC skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with scheduling software

Responsibilities

• Develop IMS to meet program objectives and ensure integrated schedules
• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs/contracts
• Interface with functional and supplier teams and the Program/Project Manager
• Provide weekly status and reporting; conduct IBR/JSR audits
