Job summary

Fooda, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the success of our largest client partnerships and daily operations across multiple locations. This role emphasizes a hands-on, data-driven approach to ensure exceptional client and consumer experiences.

The position requires onsite presence in New Hill, NC, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, totaling 40 hours per week. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, review performance, and identify opportunities for account expansion.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in account management or operations.
• Proactive relationship builder with strategic value.
• Data-driven with KPI and dashboard insights.
• Organized, multi-location management skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and leading staff.
• Strong communicator coordinating stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of a portfolio of locations.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact.
• Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders.
• Analyze usage metrics to identify trends and growth.
• Identify upsell opportunities within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Market Operations.
• Manage onsite support staff hiring and training.
• Develop scalable processes for operational success.
• Monitor account financial health and resolve issues.
• Onsite presence Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, 40 hrs/wk.
