Fooda is seeking an experienced Account/Operations Manager in Los Angeles to own the operational performance across multiple locations. You will be the main day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication, timely execution, and high satisfaction.

You will coordinate quarterly business reviews and use data to guide strategic recommendations. You’ll analyze usage metrics, identify trends and risks, and collaborate with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations to drive

• 4–6 years of experience in account management, operations, or multi-location client support.
• Proactive relationship builder who anticipates client needs.
• Data-driven with ability to pull insights from usage reports and dashboards.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple locations and timelines.
• Experience hiring, training, and managing staff with a clear leadership style.
• Strong communicator capable of coordinating stakeholders and guiding teams.
• Comfortable in Excel and internal tools to solve problems and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operational performance of your portfolio of locations.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client needs, ensuring proactive communication and high satisfaction.
• Coordinate and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze and track key operational and usage metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and coordinate upsell and expansion opportunities within the client’s portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations to meet expectations.
• Manage hiring, training, and day-to-day oversight of onsite support staff.
• Develop and improve scalable processes for operational success.
• Monitor account-level financial health, receivables and payables, and resolve issues promptly.
