Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking an InSite Operations Manager II to lead on-site environmental operations at a key customer location.

You will organize day-to-day activities to maximize profitability, ensure safe and compliant service delivery, and plan for ongoing needs related to technology, facilities, labor and equipment. You will develop, monitor and report KPIs, supervise the InSite team, and collaborate with customer stakeholders and Clean Harbors leadership to drive program performance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, environmental services, or a related field.
• Relevant safety and regulatory trainings: RCRA, OSHA 24-hour HAZWOPER, DOT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste management services at a customer site or group of locations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Health and Safety oversight of onsite employees supporting customer programs.
• Maximize utilization of equipment and manpower to support productivity and profitability.
• Develop, monitor, and measure operational and financial KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
• Establish processes to measure performance of onsite personnel and set expectations.
• Provide reporting and data analysis to upper management related to operations and financials.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and Clean Harbors leadership to address issues and optimize program performance.
