• Coordinate health and safety oversight of onsite employees supporting client programs.
• Maximize use of equipment and manpower to support productivity, service quality, and profitability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
• Provide timely reporting and data to upper management related to operations and financial performance.
