Job summary

Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for the program in the United States. You will align with the client’s objectives, manage daily recruitment activities, and drive KPI-driven performance while maintaining high client satisfaction.

You will lead a recruitment team, price and sell staffing solutions, and present regular reviews to senior leadership. This role emphasizes client retention and market knowledge to ensure ongoing success.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of increasing customer service levels and satisfaction and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts through strong client relationships.
• Price and sell services, including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Lead and manage recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while delivering high client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of client needs, market trends, and Adecco service offerings.
