Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and to align with the client’s business objectives. You will oversee daily recruitment activities, measure success against KPIs, and drive collaborative partnerships to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations, presenting regular reviews, and pricing and selling services including temporary and permanent

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of increased customer satisfaction and successful client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts.
• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster business growth.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through professional associations.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business/performance reviews to senior leadership.
• Adopt and demonstrate core values in client‑centric service delivery.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate, time to fill, and high NPS scores.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
• Serve as escalation point for Client, Procurement, Operations, and HR Managers.
