Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact for our programs and escalate issues as needed. You will align with the client's objectives and build a collaborative partnership across teams.

You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs and SLAs, grow and retain accounts, and position programs for ongoing success. Strong client relationships and strategic thinking are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider environment preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and develop relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve high client satisfaction levels through surveys and reviews.
• Lead recruitment teams and manage KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership (QBR/QPR).
• Price and sell staffing services (conversions, temporary and permanent placements).
• Analyze data to report trends and inform client strategy.
